It is a circuit with bumps and banked turns. It can be used by children, teens and adults with various sports equipment such as scooters, bikes, skateboards and inline skates. When you ride it, the body's pulling and pushing movements allow you to gain momentum - like on a swing - and you can complete the loop without the need to pedal. Less experienced riders can, of course, advance by pedal stroke as well.
Why a pump track?
The track guarantees fun and allows even beginners to do a few laps right away. The activity promotes coordination and balance and is also a good training for other disciplines. The pump track is also a meeting point for young and old, beginners and professionals.
Safety
The risks are very low, as long as you wear a helmet. The Swiss Council for Accident Prevention BFU confirms that a pump track is also very suitable for children. Pump tracks are TÜV certified according to EU standards as children's playgrounds.
Assembly, disassembly and transport
The modular track consists of several elements and can therefore be assembled and disassembled at any location. Depending on the size of the track, a flat surface of approx. 100 m² to 350 m² is required. Ideal are squares with a solid base such as school yards, various playgrounds or similar.
