BikePort was founded in 2017 by Marco Steiger and Stefano Bergamaschi, guides, experts and bike lovers. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth, now welcoming a passionate and multidisciplinary team ready to share their experience and knowledge in the industry.

BikePort provides quality products and services for cyclists of all ages and levels. The company offers new and second-hand e-bikes and bicycles, provides the largest and most diversified fleet of rental bicycles in Ticino, offers customised guided tours for individuals, groups and companies, and has a fully equipped workshop where bicycles of all brands are maintained and repaired.

In addition, BikePort is active in the B2B sector, providing a wide range of services to promote and facilitate the use of bicycles in our region. The company works with both public and private entities to transform urban spaces and existing facilities into welcoming environments for cycling enthusiasts of all ages.

Marco Steiger

Co-founder

Co-founder of BikePort, Marco is an expert in acquisition, project management and cycling infrastructure. He leads amazing guided tours and organises technical and children's courses, passing on his passion for cycling to all ages.


	Stefano Bergamaschi	Co-founder Co-founder of BikePort, Stefano is involved in project acquisition and accompaniment. He leads fantastic guided tours and organises courses for children, sharing his passion for cycling with young and old.

Mirco Pedrazzi

Mechanic

Mirco is our expert mechanic. He runs the workshop competently and also takes care of the rental and sale of bicycles and e-bikes. His professionalism ensures that every bike is in perfect condition.

Luis Eisenhut

Mechanic

Luis is our expert mechanic. He takes care of the workshop, rental and sale of bicycles and e-bikes. His dedication and competence guarantee excellent service.

Davide Giacca

Transport manager

Davide is responsible for logistics and transport. He also manages rental and group services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our customers.

Sofia D'Aviri

Marketing manager

Sofia is responsible for marketing. She is also in charge of rentals and customer care, ensuring that every customer receives excellent and personalised service.

Stefano Poletti

Instructor and guide

Stefano is an expert in accompanying projects and guiding tours. Moreover, with his passion for cycling, he organises fun and instructive courses for children, teaching them the basics of safety and cycling fun.

Claudia Grassi

Instructor

Claudia takes care of children's courses and also rental services. With her experience and dedication, she guarantees a friendly and safe environment for young cyclists and an efficient rental service for all customers.

Patrick Lobsiger

Instructor

Patrick specialises in organising and leading technique and children's courses. He also leads customised tours, sharing his passion and expertise with cyclists of all ages.

Since 2023 BikePort has joined the Swisstainable programme, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and the promotion of responsible tourism. Through this initiative, BikePort adopts ecological and sustainable practices, helping to reduce the environmental impact of its activities and to promote tourist development that respects and enhances the Ticino region.
